Refund policy

We want you to feel good and strut your stuff!

If you'd like to exchange or return your purchase, we offer free returns of unworn garments within 21 days. 

To process your exchange or return, just send an email to returns@peachesandsaltswim.com. We'll quickly evaluate your request, and if eligible, email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Due to the nature of our garments, we have a few guidelines that must be followed in order to qualify for an exchange or return.

  • Swimsuit must be free of signs of use including deodorant/lotion/cosmetic stains; perfume, hygienic stains, etc.
  • Suit must not have been washed
  • Sanitary liner must be intact
  • Original tags must remain attached and garment must be returned within original packaging

Damages and issues
Please inspect your garments as soon as they arrive and get in touch with us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We'll quickly get a new suit on its way to you!


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
